The price you see when booking is the final price—there are no hidden fees.

Is insurance included with my rental?

Rollzy does not provide insurance, but the renters must insure all rentals listed on the app. If you have any questions about the insurance provided for your specific rental, you can contact the rental company directly.

What happens if the scooter breaks down during my rental period?

If your vehicle breaks down, you can contact the rental company directly through the Rollzy app chat. They will assist with repairs or arrange a replacement vehicle so you can get back on the road as quickly as possible.

What documents do I need to provide to rent a vehicle?

To rent a vehicle through Rollzy, you must provide a valid driver's license (specific to the vehicle type you're renting) and/or a passport for identity verification. This will be checked when you pick up your rental, and the rental company might keep your passport as a deposit. To comply with Thai laws, you should also have a valid International Driving Permit (IDP). The IDP is an official translation of your driver's license, but it does not replace your driver's license. Always carry both your IDP and original driver's license when driving in Thailand to avoid getting a fine.

How do I rent a vehicle from Rollzy?

Can I rent a motorbike if I don't have a driver's license?

Unfortunately, a valid driver’s license is required to rent a motorbike or any other motor vehicle through Rollzy. This ensures your safety and complies with local regulations in Thailand.

Do I need to provide customer support to renters?

Yes, you are responsible for providing customer support to renters. They can contact you directly through the Rollzy app chat without the need to use second-party apps like LINE, Viber, WhatsApp, etc.

How do I receive payments for my rentals?

Booking deposits and payments for rentals are made directly to you when customers come to pick up their vehicles.

What if something happens to my vehicle during a rental?

Rollzy is not responsible for incidents that happen during the rental period. You must have a valid insurance policy for all vehicles rented through Rollzy. If anything unexpected happens, customers can contact you via the Rollzy app chat, and you can work on resolving the issue together.

How does Rollzy promote my vehicle?

Rollzy helps increase your vehicle’s visibility through our app and online platform. We target renters looking for vehicles in your area, helping you attract more customers and maximize your earnings.

Can I list multiple vehicles?

Yes, you can list as many vehicles as you’d like. Rollzy is designed to support single owners as well as businesses with multiple vehicles. You can manage all your listings and bookings from our free booking management platform.

Can I block out dates when my vehicle is unavailable?

Yes, you can easily set your vehicle’s availability using the Rollzy app. If you need to use your vehicle or take it offline for maintenance, just mark the dates it won’t be available for rentals.

What are the requirements for my vehicle to be listed?

Your vehicle must be registered, insured, and in good working condition. We also require regular technical checks to ensure safety and reliability for renters.

Can I change my rental prices?

Yes! You’re in complete control of your pricing. You can set your rental vehicle’s daily, weekly, or even monthly rates through the app.

Is there a fee for listing my vehicle on Rollzy?

No, there are no fees or subscriptions to list your vehicle on Rollzy. Our platform is 100% free to use, and we only take a commission when your vehicle gets rented.

What types of vehicles can I list on Rollzy?
